I’m from Korea, and I’m deeply interested in how technologies like artificial intelligence can create real, positive impact in society. Some of my academic work focuses on projects that combine natural language processing and law, where I explore how AI can improve access to legal information and better support underserved communities. I’m also particularly interested in building data-driven educational resources that make complex global issues more accessible and engaging for broader audiences.
More broadly, I’m fascinated by how computer science connects fields such as data science and systems design, and how these areas together can shape more equitable and efficient technologies. My experience speaking at the United Nations on youth and digital transformation further reinforced my commitment to ensuring that AI and emerging technologies are developed with responsibility and human values at their core. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing guitar, staying active through basketball and lacrosse, and talking about movies. Through the Milstein Program, I’m excited to deepen these interests and connect with others who share my curiosity and passion.
