My passion is education-technology. As a child, I always enjoyed math, logical reasoning and solving puzzles and in high school I was fortunate enough to find many outlets for those interests, particularly through computer science. During the summer and fall of 2024, I collaborated with professionals to build a personalized AI-tutor model for Botswana’s underserved students. As a multilingual student, I've understood that facility in the grammar of diverse languages is very important to develop tutorials for the global classroom. Seeing the impact and confidence that additional clarity brought to the students really inspired me to scale my AI-tutor model and I would love to attain this goal through the Milstein Program. Its grouping of students with different mental models across diverse fields of study is key to shaping the future impact of AI on education and society.

The Milstein Program will allow me to design solutions that are ethical and inclusive, and I'm excited by the opportunities offered to learn and conduct research at the intersection of humanities and technology.

In my free time, I love to play chess, crochet and sew, and volunteer when I can!
