I plan to study Computer Science and its connections to the politics of the Middle East and Latin America. Political history has always been my jam, and as I’ve developed an interest in computer science in high school, I figured out I want to spend my next four years (at least) working on combining the two fields. Whether in understanding natural language processing to examine changes in Arabic-language media or tailoring green technologies to South America’s diverse geography, I am excited to study intersections like these at Cornell and in the Milstein Program. In my free time, you can find me distance running, crocheting, reading, and completing and constructing crossword puzzles.
