Major: Information Science
My multicultural upbringing and experience living overseas in Rome, Italy and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic shaped my international outlook. As a result, I value how technology crosses all borders and disciplines to bring people together. My interest in technology began with a course in sixth grade on digital design. This positive, early experience motivated me for the past seven years to pursue courses in machine learning, virtual reality game development, 3-D printing, robotics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and programming. Each course made me curious about something new, which then led to the next opportunity. At Cornell, I hope to major in Information Science and look forward to exploring different fields within technology and the humanities.
I am grateful to the Milstein Family for their vision in creating the Milstein Program and feel fortunate to be a part of it.
